Have you ever thought about frequencies and vibrations? They exist all time and have been here since the beginning of time.  Unbeknownst to you, you are and have always been frequencies and vibrations.

Frequencies abide by natural rules or Laws of One. The Universe and Consciousness are the hot burners that stir frequencies all of the time.  Nevertheless, you too contribute to the status of frequencies that you both acquire and will gain depending on your mood, emotions, quick thought processes, soul journey and tone of your heart and its beat, rhythm, and stage of existence.

Unbeknownst to you, there are Light Beings all around every single one of you, guiding, protecting, elevating, and gently assisting you.

There are so many levels of frequencies, they cannot all be named nor do they stop, They are continuously Be-ing, arriving, and infinite. So, if you are experiencing a frequency that makes you sad, or is the equation of sadness, know that it can change at the drop of a hat.

To remain open to frequencies of the upper level, one must try their best to listen to that Inner Voice that exists in all of us.
