Synopsis for the Criteria for Healing

True healing begins with love. Love in its entirety is a fusion and dynamics of certain frequencies surrounding the Spectrum of Healing Frequencies. Having said that, the synopsis for the criteria for healing is without a doubt the central focus for all who are ailing. One might ask how to receive it. Well, to receive it, one must be open and willing – coming to the energies being sent to the world on a daily basis. One doesn’t have to see it to believe it but know thoroughly that every day your earth is being activated with these energies that can and will cure all of who believe. Those that don’t, will not receive the healing. So, throughout the day sit and in silence accept these energies, prana, subtle healing energies to activate healing within. Too simple? Yes, but it works 100% with 100% belief. The belief system has to be changed. It is extremely rigid. Loosen up, so to speak and accept. Accept, accept and accept. Gold is being poured into this one’s pranic tube. Liquid gold by the angels, Angels of Light, Angels of healing. The protocol for this exudes one’s imagination. Never mind the intricacies, just accept. Energy is everything. Enough for now.

Meditation

Meditation reminds me of the word ‘mediate’. What we are doing here is actually ‘mediating’ the frequencies both within us and that of the universe. We can look at all of the functions that one could perceive to be the result from meditation but the more important success is that of obtaining Oneness. Though you are already One, the mind needs reminders of this regularly and so that being said, it is your power to use and direct the internal and external minds. Mediation brings about peace and harmony and so does that of meditation.

Once one is ‘home’, there is no need for worry, side stepping issues (as these issues always resolve themselves in time). No need to be in a hurry (Where are you running to and why when all that you seek is you and All That Is?). Cut the chase, slow down, life is not a race. Why race when you do know everything? There is no need. Allow your Inner Self to rise, to rise up and dominate the mind and ego. Allow the truth to unveil. Allow the beauty of life to unfold. There really is no need to rush. You are already home.

Daily Meditation

Put your attention on your Third Eye.

Imagine if you will, the brilliant sunshine from Father Sun.

Imagine if you will, a room filled with light as you turn on the switch.

Imagine if you will, a bubbling waterfall and its’ pure whiteness.

Now put yourself in the brilliant sunshine, in the light, and in the white bubbling waterfall and feel them.

Feel them engulfing you, bathing you in their magnetic energy.

Now imagine continuous diamonds entering your energy field, coming into your heart and through your entire body. Allow your Heart to accept these conscious and loving diamonds. Smile and feel how much you are loved by Mother Earth and Father Sun.

Say the following, gently to yourself:

I know who I am.

I know that I am.

I am ready to receive whatever is necessary to increase my awareness and consciousness.

I know my innate Beauty.

I know my Higher Self is always present and guiding me throughout my journey, lovingly.

I am All that exists and All that there is.

I am a powerful co-creator manifesting all that I need, desire and is necessary at this point in my journey.

And so it is!

Gratitude

Gratitude... is a perception viewed by all as giving thanks. Indeed that is correct, however gratitude is more than that. It encompasses great energy stemming from the beginning of time. It encapsulates surges and waves of electricity that swirls through the atmosphere, that has existed for eons. To be gracious and grateful is a feat. It is mostly forgotten after one has received, yet it is the necessary tie in at the end of a cycle experienced by the one giving gratitude. Really, it’s just a dip in the bucket to say, “Thank you!” Before one can say those words, one has to have an integration of frequencies within, that allows a realization leading to thankfulness. In essence, gratitude is a whirlwind of vibrations and frequencies working together at any given time on Earth for all to experience.

The universe is especially pleased when Beings give gratitude for it opens the path, a path that leads to higher consciousness. From this standpoint, one can now access more endeavors that lead to heightened, elevated and increasingly beneficial experiences not just for one, but for All. Gratitude is a synergistic operation between two or more Beings that is necessary along their chosen paths. Chosen paths are not randomly chosen but are indeed selected and thoughtfully considered down to the last drop. You see, Heaven where paths are prepared, we relish the newness coming forth for the souls who have chosen to return. We as your Guardians are always with you from start to finish and are always guiding and assisting you to higher states of consciousness. We are not called Guardians for fun and take our roles seriously. So remember the energy of gratitude well. It will serve its purpose, that which is to help elevate you on your consciousness journey. (It trickles over to others and becomes a spinning worldwide feat that collaborates all involved, increasing Earth’s energy and elevating Her higher to other dimensions taking us along with her.) If not for her, do this for yourself…but know that Self is really All That Is!

Vortex of Opportunities

Vortex of Opportunities cease to exist when you cease to stop caring!

Since the beginning of time, opportunities have abound, abound for... your asking. They have always existed and they will always exist. Henceforth, we need not search for these opportunities because they exist always on another realm where anything is possible. This other realm is accessible to all. If one is in constant growth and alignment, one need not worry or be concerned about opportunities presenting themselves. They are literally there and just for the asking. Henceforth a plethora of opportunities will always exist for you as it catapults you to higher states of consciousness and awareness.

So, you see dear friends, loving Light Beings that you are naturally, your path can be made clearer once one telepathically focuses on the “happy” frequencies, the joyous frequencies, the frequency of Love and adheres to the invisible, but yet always existing, feeling of alignment, no matter where you are.

The Realm of all opportunities is there just for the asking, waiting and ready to assist you laying the groundwork for a plethora of feelings and ultimately emotions that help you glide right into this Realm.

Opportunities exist for All but are you ready? Are you consciously working towards your growth and expansion and hence ascension? How can one aid this? One can with an ever-increasing opening of the heart allowing these heightened frequencies – Kings and Queens of frequencies dominate the bodies allowing balance. Once there is a balance, there is a match for opportunities now that there was not before. When this comes, seize the opportunity to move with the momentum, being open to receiving the highest vibrations that will sustain you through your journey.

One may think that they will only receive what matches with this frequency. Oh, but no. You may and will receive more once you reach a certain threshold. This will “bounce” you up higher and once there, it is up to you to reach out and pick and choose which frequency is comfortable for you and receive it.

And so it goes on and on ever spiraling, ever increasing in vibrations. Your job is to be just as open as possible. This allows a quick alignment and matching of frequencies bursting open opportunities for the asking. Remember this not only helps you but also your family, friends, pets and the world because now you realize the power within which continuously grows giving you your confidence to know that you can create anything with the backing and assistance of Source and All That Is. Therefore, when you are at this point in your life, you realize how much you can be of service and help others that have not as of yet attained your level of vibration. One can reach the point wherein people, pets heal once around you bathing in your divine light energy. These are not just possibilities but realities. Are you ready? To receive?

Beam of Light

You are in me, I am not in you as such know that: Spirit is continuously rising past all the human displays. Spirit knows no fear, anger, sadness, doubt, frustration, mistrust, unsurety. Spirit is continuously climbing the rungs of experience, knowledge, wisdom and eradication of simple belief symptoms tied up in eras, age, evolution, time and space.

Spirit is continuously rising past all the human displays. Spirit knows no fear, anger, sadness, doubt, frustration, mistrusts, unsurety. Through this progression, Spirit will be 'silent' at times as it expands its' frequencies, vibrating at one with the universe and All That Is. In time, Spirit moves forward, increasing in its Beam of Light catapulting to higher frequencies. Understanding that all experiences are a compartment of the soul, one relaxes into a state of allowance. This Beam of Light begins to shine as a DIAMOND to any and everything, releasing powerful activations for those who are ready to expand. These spirits can skip some of the rungs on their ladder, those who are ready to expand, depending on their awareness and loving heart. Your Beam of Light is more than a magnet. It is in itself its own universe capable of creating worlds upon worlds of realities of its own choosing establishing foundations necessary for the free passage and flowing of All That Is. Extinguishing one's fears with the Beam of Light is a route that not many take however it is a confident route that you will eradicate all the roots and foundations that have stemmed these fears.

The Beam of Light holds intense frequencies for use in creation. The Beam of Light can be observed on this earth and seen surrounding certain individuals who have taken the steps on that ladder necessary for their expansion. These Beams of Light can propel you to higher realms and dimensions, allowing you to go back and forth. Within the Beam of Light exists diamonds brilliantly shining, these diamonds are conscious and are continuously roaming space, traveling and finding a home wherein their authenticity is known and used by those who are ready to receive them. These Beams of Light are not only for humans. These Beams of Light are for all that are conscious and as we call, Spirit. There is Spirit in the ant that's hardly seen, there is Spirit in the lion that roars, there is Spirit in the tallest of trees, in the elm trees, the oak trees, the pine trees. This light can be seen in many species and is oh, so brilliant when one is able to see its brightness shining throughout. This Beam of Light stays with you forever. It is a sign and indication of your expansion and where you are at this point in so-called time. Beams of Light literally pull and push you in the direction that you need to go. Yes, it has a mind of its own, so to speak. Where you are taken by these Beams of Light are places necessary for more experience, the places necessary for the creation that you can intuitively perform, always of a good nature. This extends to the vast universe and back. Once you have this Beam of Light continuously shining, your feeling of your body is quite different. There is a feeling of blending, a feeling of connectedness. There is a domination of higher frequencies not lower frequencies that can literally let you feel weighed down. You begin to glide, instead of walk, your steps are lighter, your sense of purpose on point. Beams of Light may shine at different degrees which signifies the state of frequency one is in at that point in so-called time. Throughout life, there have been some who have attained this, Jesus, comes to mind because of their perseverance of and in Spirit. These individuals fully well know the task that is up ahead because they are selfless, their journey continues and is easier to some extent because they know down the road, which is actually now, they can see results. They are encouragement in body form. They are a big, Yes! in body form. They are love in its' entirety.

Viruses

Viruses come and go but you remain. Your soul, your essence, your innate energy lives on despite what you face. It is important to remember this along your adversities as what always needs remembering is the infinity of it all.

Life never stops even though it appears to. The Now is always the Now. Consciousness continues to expand. Love always exists which is a very strong energy to be called upon during trying times. Because it is conscious, it is possible to invite this energy into your heart, your home and community. See it penetrating the air and floating to your loved ones and everywhere…see it penetrating the world and being felt. This is not only a time to remember Self and Spirit but also others. There is no need for ‘magic’, just a getting together of Spirit and allowing Spirit’s natural healing nature do its’ work.  Spirit is in and of itself ‘magic’. Spirit can create all that we need. We need not ‘see it to believe it’. Just know that its’ energies are at work.

The energy of calm is one to be called upon now. Use it as much as possible. It too is conscious and will respond to all. Simply sit quietly and call upon it and wait patiently. Accept it with love. There is no room for fear. Remember you create fear. Release it and let it go each time it appears. It cannot exist if you don’t focus on it. Release, release and release. Take time each day to sit with your inner self…your spirit. Keep it in the forefront and everything will be OK.

Actions for Spiritual Growth

• Acknowledge that there is a Supreme Consciousness always with you.

• Develop a relationship with your Higher Self.

• Show gratitude directly and indirectly, include the universe.

• Clasp hands together, over the heart and speak from the heart, not the head.

• Sit a moment and send positive energy to people and the world as one… as a collective and All That Is.

• Daily mirror-talk to Self. Stand in front of a mirror or carry one with you and observe yourself… never bashing yourself. Show compassion to Self. Show compassion to the collective.

• Remember daily to speak with your Guardians and Helpers. Everyone has them. They have the Light! (Some are invisible)

• Release and let go of any negativity.

• Forgive yourself! It’s common to forgive others first and forget about ourselves. Some people maybe forgiving you but if you hold a low vibration, you cannot receive it. You are stunting your growth.

• Trauma – seek help that resonates with you to clear it. In this reality, there are many alternatives to try. Remember there are no judgements. Listen to your heart. Drop activities that have no meaning to your life…your soul. Some experiences may be unusual. You may not want them but they may just be what you need. Does your heart resonate with them? Be open. Observe what your vibration is like in the present moment. How do you feel?

• Send pure loving energy to one person that you know or don’t daily.

• ‘Bathe’ yourself daily with extreme light. See it entering your whole body, close your eyes and accept. Place your hand over your heart as this light travels from both the cosmos and Mother Earth entering your pranic tube. Give thanks.

• Be careful of your vocabulary. Everything has frequency – hence words carry frequencies and power. Thoughts have power, intention has power and visualization has power. Use them wisely.

• Love yourself! Reduce criticism. What activities resonate with you, and with your vibration? Write them down and laminate the paper. Take it with you and look at it as often as you can throughout the day. In seconds you can act upon them quickly, elevating your spirit.

• Passion – follow and act upon your passion. Keep the candle lit, figuratively and literally.

• Stay in the Now. When you feel yourself not in the Now, gently bring yourself back.
