When you sit with nature, when you allow the cares of the day to dissipate, you allow releases of negative energy and this allows the entry and speeding up of necessary and birthing, gentle yet stronger frequencies.

You are filled with frequencies everyday...negative and or positive. It is your responsibility to eradicate the negative and either retain or birth newly desired frequencies. You are capable of doing this and yet you may not be aware of this capacity. This innate quality capable of creating.

Creation is nothing new to you and others. It has and will always be. It just is. Therefore, knowing this, you can and should allow yourself the acts of creation to come forth. Since this is free for everyone, then let the creation begin. 

What will you create? Remember, everything has frequencies, so you will need to match the frequencies to the situation that you are in. Never negative, only positive for as many people, Beings, forces possible.

In time you shall master this ability to create. You shall take less tries to attain your desired creation/wish/dream. Into reality it will appear and be. Your chosen reality is up to you. Your heart shall be thy guide. The more you listen to your Inner Self, the more likely and quicker your creations will occur. They are waiting to be born.
